How do I remove an Amazon Account, Store, and/ or Marketplace from SellerMetrics?

Removing an Amazon account/marketplace from SellerMetrics would be the opposite of adding accounts/marketplaces to SellerMetrics.

As a Seller

Please note you can only remove accounts that are not the primary accounts to

Login into your primary SellerCentral account. On the dashboard click "Settings" >> "User Permission".

On user permission, go to the name/email of the invitee, click "Delete"

Once the permission is deleted from the primary account, it would take up to 24 hours for SellerMetrics to refresh the data. But once the permission is removed the invitee will not be able to make bid changes (manual or auto) from the Amazon ad console, nor from SellerMetrics.

As a KDP Author

Go to your Amazon ad console, on the nav bar click on "Access and settings"

On the "Access and settings", go to the name/email of the invitee, click "Remove user"

Once the permission is deleted from the primary account, it would take up to 24 hours for SellerMetrics to refresh the data. But once the permission is removed the invitee will not be able to make bid changes (manual or auto) from the Amazon ad console, nor from SellerMetrics.

Another way to remove an account is by setting the account as inactive under the "Settings" on the top right and clicking "Connected Marketplace". On this screen, you can set the account as inactive using the toggle. Placing the account as inactive you will no longer see any data for the account for any screens on SellerMetrics
