How to set up Team Management/Team Access?
The team management function allows you to give different levels of access to our SellerMetrics account. You give the following permission to your team:
- Read ➡️ User will only be able to load data and charts, but not allowed to make bid changes or make any type of settings changes
- Edit ➡️ User will be allowed to make bid changes on the bulk optimization screen and edit the automation settings
Once on the team management page, click on "Add Team Members"
On the pop-up module enter your team member's email (only one email at a time), and select the permission in the dropdown. Click "Send Invite"
Once the email is sent, accepted and the invitee has signed up for an account. The team management screen will update to reflect the inclusion of the new team member.
